This course will focus on the steps that you have to take when there is a complaint lodge against you at the HPCSA (and what NOT to do).

This course will explain the procedures: how it happens and why it happens.

This course will explain how the HPCSA resolve the complaint, and the different outcomes of the process.

This course will inform you on how to report unregistered “psychologists”, trauma counsellors, life coaches etc.).

Finally, the course will focus on the emotional rollercoaster of having a complaint lodged against you and how to survive this ordeal.
